Start this chicken kebab recipe by cutting the peppers and onions into slices. Cut the chicken into pieces. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice. Leave the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes then rinse and wipe. Place the chicken on to the skewers, alternating with the pepper and onions.
In a large dish, blend the olive oil with the curry powder, diced preserved lemon and honey. Add pepper. Soak the kebabs in the mixture then leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes on the barbecue or under the oven grill, turn often adding more of the spiced oil mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rocket, cherry tomatoes and diced red onion salad.
